after watching the AOL Sessions with Panic! At the Disco, I've decided that Spencer Smith should be declared a Very Dangerous Young Man when playing on the drums...and, well, pretty much any other time as well...
i blame all of this on DYW and can now no longer be held accountable for my actions.
