ahaha, yes, i'm horny all the friggin' time since i turned 30. but i keep experiencing these massive shifts in mood. i'll be about to cry and then 10 minutes later i want to punch something. it's incredibly annoying. :(

I remember hearing some time ago that while men hit their sexual peak at 19, women generally hit it around 30. I have no links or anything to back this up, but I remember thinking that it was a pretty great thought.

no, that's proven. and yes, i am incredibly horny, like, ALL the time (tmi, sorry), but i'm getting very frustrated with the emotional roller coaster i seem to have been on the last couple of years and especially the last 6 months or so.

i don't know what causes it, general hormones i guess, but i used to have MASSIVE mood swings. the good doctor put me on a birth control that stayed at one hormone level all month, and the swings got sooo much better. they didn't stop, but the frequency and severity went way way way down.

*whines* i haaaaaaaaaate birth control. it makes me feel like absolute shit on a completely different level, no matter what dosage i try. that was several years ago, maybe they have something now that would help. but, birth control. ugh.
