Soooo, anyone want to do a really quick grammar read through on a short piece?

i just kind of wanted to use it, lol.

also! rough, rough draft of fic done. i'm tired, so i'll do the read-through/quickie rewrite in the morning (hopefully).

WHO WANTS TO DO EMERGENCY BETA? HUH? BUELLER?

....more than likely it will not be ready before tomorrow afternoon/evening, i just need one or two peeps that can BOW TO MY TIME WHIMS *cough* um, be ready to beta as soon as possible after that?

Soooo.

I have a fic that is approximately 12,000 words. It's not quite done, I have to rework one scene and insert some lyrics, but I should be able to get to that tonight. after that it will be ready for beta (yaaaaaay, finally!).

I'd like several to take a look at it - regular grammar nazis, of course, but I would really like someone (or someones) to go through it and tell me what works, what doesn't, hey! you need a scene here, or this is kind of rushed, etc, etc, etc.

This is pretty much the longest thing I have written to date, so I really would like to make sure that the flow is good/appropriate/whatever.

So, if you've got the time and would like to undertake this task, I would be mightily grateful - just drop me a note!

so, if i ever get this damn gift fic done, i will need a beta (or six). i'd prefer to have a couple do the general grammar, spell check, sentence structure thing and then maybe another one or two to do a fic consistency kind of thing? the only problem is it'll be a massively rush job as i the fic is due tuesday.
