well.
i arrived at the office around 830 this morning and this is what i've, um, managed to do in that time:
1) answered 2 emails,
2) printed out 4 Lifetime Eligibility Certificates for enrolled foals,
3) watched my boss rearrange her office
...and completely reorganized my wallpapers folder.
work?
me?
riiiiiiight.

so yesterday was, um, interesting...
Sep. 19th, 2006 08:29 amSo besides yesterday being the worst fucking Monday morning EVER since I started working here over 2 years ago, I'm pretty sure I had a minor emotional breakdown on the drive home...if the uncontrollable crying and borderline hyperventilating were any indication, then yeah, I'm damn near positive that's what happened.
WTF, mate? I can't remember what song really made it explode but I remember that everytime I changed the channel it got worse...and did I even think to turn the damn thing off? Of course not. I recall screaming at the radio once. Stable? Me? Sure.
So the lesson here folks is that the Road Safety Commission (or whatever the hell it's called) is right: one shouldn't drive under severe emotional stress. You're a danger to yourself and others...plus, the other drivers look at you funny when you're bawling uncontrollably and screaming at the radio.
Humor is a great avoidance technique, remember that too.
that is all.
...oh yeah, Tamaki-sama's waaaaaay too pretty.
edit: and dammit, it's Talk Like A Pirate Day, so ARRRRR.

Jul. 27th, 2006 10:27 amokay, so i would just like to say a few things:
One
saw the funimation trailer for FMA: The Conqueror of Shaballa...OMGTEHLOVE.
no, really, i got the weird goose-bumpy things on my arms at the end, and the gypsy song running through the whole thing? Fantastic. No matter what, i will be going to see this in the theatre, no matter how far, whatever it takes (huh. who'd a thought my high school slogan would be used like this?)
...of course, i may have to bugbugbug funimation to release the theatres names before the damn thing opens (unlike the trinity blood premier, where they posted it either the day of, or the day after...argh. don't get me started.)
Two
Finally watched my actual DVDs for Sukisho by AnimeWorks...it's been so long since i watched the fansubs that i'd forgotten how cute the mini-trio is and how damn adorable i find the chibis in this series...
and OMG. i'd don't know whether i just forgot or didn't ever see the final episode about the hot springs...but, but...good god, the crack-tastic-ness of this episode slayed me...well, all the fangirl eye candy was just dandy...sorry, couldn't help it...and Nagase's bikini briefs? ::snort:: ass!shot-thankyouverymuch.
Three
...um...there's really nothing for three, i just really, really, really don't feel like working which is bad since we had a deadline come in this week and i have a gazillion things to get done before i have to start on somebody else's work....
::sigh::
lj loves me, right?

so. um....yeah.
Jun. 14th, 2006 02:45 pmheh. i know i've not posted in absolute ages but not having one's home computer is a truly frustrating and trying time, erk.
anyway, all i really wanted to know is why the calendar on my personal page hasn't changed over to june...i'm sure lj has already issued something on this, but then i'm a lazy sod who can't be bothered to take the five minutes it took to write this to look up the answer instead.
okay. back to work.
...miss you guys.
