i kind of like this idea.

one, i love hearing other people's voices and two, even though i generally don't like books-on-tape, i thoroughly enjoyed the reading of dsudis' Sing Myself to Sleep by inkjunket (i think?) and also when fallingfortruth read some of his stuff long, long ago :P...wow, those two things kind of contradict each other, but not really, so whatever.

anyway. what i'm trying to say, is that i think it'd be pretty cool to hear some more people reading fic.

hmmm, yes. maybe once bigbang is posted, someone can organize a library of fic-on-tape since i think it works best for longer fic.

I'm trying to decide how terrified I'd be if people started reading bandom fics to me and did the voices. It's possible there isn't a strong enough word.

ahahaha, okay, point. but the ones i've heard are pretty normal, they're just reading in a regular voice.

i'm pretty sure that, yeah, if it was porny, i might be scarred. but for fairly gen/non-adult rated fics, i'd still be interested.


...although, it might be awesome to have someone do the breathy porn bits. and then laugh my ass off. :P
